The Barnes & Noble Nook
I did it. I took the plunge and purchased a eReader. A friend of mine received a Kindle 2 for her birthday (or something) and I looked at it and liked what I saw. I’ve also played a bit with the Sony Reader and enjoyed that experience as well. The problem, I wasn’t sure I wanted a Kindle…and I knew I didn’t want to be locked into the Sony Reader. White Elephant has become a staple of Christmas time in my life. I’m not sure I’ve gone more than one Christmas without having at least one White Elephant party. I doubt this will end any time soon, due to my family-in-law's I don’t think this is a word, but don’t you think it should be? placing this as a have-to for gift giving in that side of my family. The other day my wife and I went to see Avatar in 3D. I have to admit, I absolutely loved it. Probably one of the best movie experiences I’ve had in a long time. Right up there with the whole Lord of the Rings saga. I have to say Cameron has done a spectacular job inmaking a epic film that will live in history along with his other triumphsof Titanic, Aliens, and The Abyss (yes, The Abyss is a classic movie that everyone should watch if you haven’t because it’s amazing!).

So it's back. As you can see, I can't keep things in one spot. I like to tinker! So…So!?!? That's the way my mind works. I love to mess with things and my website(s) is no different. The problem was is that I couldn't leave things well enough alone for an extended period of time. I tried using Tumblr as my primary site and although I love Tumblr, I couldn't get much into it as my main site. I couldn't do what I loved to do with it.
